Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customers may try the product for a reasonable period to evaluate its taste, effectiveness, and overall experience, while ensuring the product is used and stored as advised.

Only 3 gums/mints should be used if you have purchased a single pack. If you have ordered a multi-pack, the remaining packs must remain unused and intact for the refund to be processed.

Only one refund request per customer will be allowed under this policy.
How to Request a Refund

2. Simple Verification
Our team may ask for basic order verification details, such as images of the product or packaging, only to validate the request.
3. Return Pickup
Once the refund request is confirmed, we will arrange a doorstep pickup from your location.
If pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. In such cases, reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed upon sharing the shipping receipt.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
