SHIPPING & TRACKING POLICY
Once we have accepted your order on www.neurogumindia.com, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the date of acceptance, except on Sundays, public holidays, and in circumstances outside our control (such as weather conditions).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation
email and SMS with a tracking link. Click on the link to receive live updates.
VLPCPL has partnered with well-known delivery partners to ensure swift and reliable delivery of products. The list of delivery partners is provided below and will be updated from time to time.
Orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to ensure proper protection of the goods.
Orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days from the date of confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address. If the estimated delivery date has passed and the tracking link does not provide updated information, please allow an additional day or two for delivery.
