Terms of Service for ' Promoted Digital Content' 

• Provision of Service : Based on your own opinion, promote and/or communicate about NeuroGum products. Always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences with NeuroGum, focusing on the benefits confirmed by the Company to avoid misleading your followers and other users.Any content you create under this arrangement, including photos, videos, and posts, grants us an exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use it in connection with the Services and our products as defined as part of the Services.

• Representation: You are at least 21 years old and a user of the Company’s product intended for paid endorsement as part of the Services.
  
  

• Confidentiality: Keep strictly confidential the terms of this arrangement and all information and materials provided by us, even after our relationship ends.
  
  
• Trademark: The content posted by you under this arrangement will be original and will not infringe upon any copyright, patent, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary or other right of any person, whether contractual, statutory, or common law.

• Content Restrictions: You will not post content that violates any of the following conditions:

1. Appeals to minors.
2. Discriminates based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other unlawful basis under applicable laws.
3. Conveys political or religious discussions.
4. Encourages aggressive or irresponsible behavior.
5. Conflicts with local laws and regulations, local cultural practices, or is otherwise provocative.
6. Contains disparaging comments or implications about third parties, including the Company’s competitors or their products.
7. Contradicts the Company’s positions and/or practices, e.g., related to sustainability, labor practices.

• Mandatory Disclosures:

1. Influencer agrees to include a clear and conspicuous disclosure with a "Paid Partnership @neurogumindia" tag.
2. Include disclosure text: “Product Disclosure: This product is not for medical use. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women or people sensitive to caffeine. Exclusively for adult consumers in India.”
